Integral insulation

The high-temperature-resistant integral insulations consist of internal silicate mats and insulating sleeves made of stainless steel foil with calotte pressing. They offer optimum heat protection and are very space-saving thanks to their contour accuracy. At an exhaust gas temperature of 1000°C, they achieve an external temperature of less than 450°C, which makes them ideal for temperature-relevant components such as turbochargers, exhaust pipes and exhaust manifolds
