Insulating mattresses

The high-temperature-resistant glass fabric mats are filled with glass fleece. This means that our insulating mattresses can withstand a temperature range of +700°C on the media side (up to 1000°C for special versions), while the outer fabric can withstand a range of +200°C.
The insulation mattresses are precisely adapted to the respective system component and manufactured in various thicknesses depending on the application and temperature range.

Application example:

With an exhaust gas temperature of a silencer of ~450°C and an insulating mattress with a thickness of 25mm, the surface temperature at the mat is ~80°C.
